Rest day in Denver (or Colorado Springs)
When I got to Denver on Saturday, there was mail again. Thanks to all of you who sent me mail.Sunday, I stayed at Leon and Crystal’s house.
That was a real day of rest – sleeping two nights in a real bed in a real house, instead of in a tent. In the morning, we went to church in their neighborhood. The sermon that day was from one of the experts of the Creation Research Institute; it turned out that there had been a conference about creationism.
Later we went out for lunch and purchased a few items for the maintenance of my bicycle.
Thank you, Leon & Crystal, for the hospitality. Leon, thanks for picking me up from Denver and bringing me back early Monday morning. Thanks, Crystal, for the good Mexican food and for my clean laundry.
